1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buyxoco (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Purchases & Payments
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made at checkout or with your Buyxoco wallet balance. Wallet top-ups made with cryptocurrency (e.g. USDT) are credited after on-chain confirmation. Exchange between USDT and USD balance is provided at the displayed rate.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
5. Returns & Refunds
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or your wallet balance. Certain items (e.g. perishables, opened consumables) may not be eligible for return.
6. Store Owners
Sellers (“Store Owners”) must complete registration, provide valid identification, and comply with all applicable laws. Buyxoco may review, approve, suspend or remove Store Owners at its discretion. Store Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the fulfilment of their obligations to buyers.
7. Content
Product videos, reviews and other content must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights. By submitting content you grant Buyxoco a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its operation, misrepresent products, manipulate reviews, or infringe intellectual property rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The Buyxoco name, logo and Platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Platform as intended.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buyxoco disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Privacy
We process personal data (including seller identification documents) only for account management, order fulfilment and verification purposes, and protect it with appropriate safeguards. Identification documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorised administrators.
